Room for rent in Covina, within walking distance of Downtown Covina. Less than 10 minutes from APU and Citrus College. Just 20 minutes from Cal Poly Pomona, Mount San Antonio College, and Claremont Schools. Also close to 10 FWY, Starbucks, Movies, The Laugh Factory and some great Italian Delis.

Access to kitchen, living room, full bath, and half bath. Shared living room and kitchen are downstairs, rooms and full bath upstairs - similar to a small townhouse. Laundry on-site, there is also a nice family-owned laundromat that I frequent up the street. Covered parking with storage cabinets in carport. Air conditioning units in all rooms, there is a patio with a small garden, as well. Very quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. Students or professionals are both considered. Room available immediately!

I am a 36 year-old professional, I am a musician (bagpiper), but I don’t play my instruments indoors. I work 7-4 Mon.-Fri., and I am home before 5 pm most evenings. I will likely get a second job for the holidays, so I may not be home some nights. I keep a clean home and I am considerate of shared spaces, which is also what I am looking for in a roommate.
