Quiet, safe neighborhood. Centrally located. Walking distance to Publix, Whole Foods, Movie Theater, Shopping Mall, LA Fitness & many restaurants. Public clay tennis courts & golf fairway across the street. Less than 2 miles from the beach & Pompano Beach Air Park. 2 miles tio I-95. Many pilots stay here. Large bedroom w/plenty of furniture & closet space for storage. Furnished front & back patio & shaded parking in driveway. Looking mainly for longer term business travelers and students.

I (the owner) live a healthy lifestyle & work as a reading, writing & math tutor. I love to travel and enjoy art shows, playing tennis, photography and creating photo books, the beach, bowling, biking and card games, especially poker. I like to stay busy, and am not one to hang around the house much. I have 2 boys, 26 and 22. They are in school pursuing different careers. I listen to all kinds of music and love to go out to local bars and listen to bands.

Room 1 Availability: As of right now, I have an Airbnb guest who is here though October 22nd. That room is free from October 23rd until January 17th. Then it is rented again until late March. Then it is open again indefinitely.

Room 2 Availability: This room will be free August 18th through the end of November. Then it is rented again until the end of April. Then it is free again indefinitely.
