About the room
1 unfurnished room for rent in Southwest Boise near Meridian. The rest of the house is furnished including a washer and dryer. (We do have an extra bed frame/mattress if needed). Closet in room as well as garage room for storage. There are 2.5 bathrooms that are shared. One is in the master bedroom but can be used by the other roommates when need be. Big backyard with one dog, no other pets please. (Utilities are under $100 a month).

3 people living here now, looking for a 4th. 2 guys and 1 girl in early-mid 20s, looking for people in similar age who are reasonably clean. We like to keep it quiet especially during the week, but occasionally have a few friends over on the weekends. Very easy to get along with!
