About the room
Hello!
Myself (31F) and my roommate (30M) currently rent a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath off of McWilliams in East Bremerton (Near the Golf Course). It is a side by side Duplex in a quiet neighborhood. The home is 2,000sq ft with a garage and a fenced in back yard. Landlord does not permit smoking anywhere on property and will require you to apply and complete a background check to be added to the lease.
The home has a 3 pet limit, however, I have 2 pets. A super sweet black lab named Luna and a very affectionate chunky cat named Ty. I try very hard to clean up after them and have been told the home doesn’t smell like we have pets. That being said we are not looking to accept a third pet.
Our third roommate is moving out when the lease ends. The new lease would be from 10/1/2023-09/30/24. Their deposit was $500 so yours would be $500. Their room is located at the top of the stairs and around the corner to the right facing the street. Room is large enough to accommodate a king size bed plus more with a walk in closet. You’d be sharing a bathroom with my male roommate as the other full bathroom is located inside of my room.
Rent is $753 per person and utilities average about $150 a month, sometimes more when garbage and water bills come due. Water is due every two months and garbage every three. Parking is either in the driveway or one parking spot off to the side. My roommate parks in the garage, so if you’re home he just needs to be able to either move the car himself or you move it when he comes and goes. Washer & Dryer are full sized and located in the garage. We own them, not the landlord.
About the roomies
Jonas is a 30 yr old male who works at Bangor. My name is Paige and I’m a 31 yr old female who works at PSNS. I am also currently enrolled in online classes at WGU for my BS in Business Administration Human Resource Management.
We are both quiet, clean, and tend to keep to ourselves mostly. We pick up after ourselves and are looking for someone who is the same. We are both nerdy and enjoy playing video games. While we don’t have people over often we do enjoy having people over for gatherings from time to time. Especially for major holidays.
