Looking for CSUN students. Large one-bedroom apartment within walking distance to CSUN. Full kitchen with lots of storage space. Unfurnished, so you would need to find your own bed. There is be a couch and table in the living space. You would be in the bedroom with one other person. I am sleeping in the living area in a loft bed. Fairly quiet, go to bed early and wake up early. We like to keep our own spaces our own, so we will have designated storage areas for each person and a personal shelf in fridge. I have a dog, 1.5 yrs, mixed breed. Trained and respectful of boundaries. You can bring people over sometimes, but there is nowhere for more people to sleep, so no overnights. We are not a party apartment, so we won’t be the destination for large get-togethers. We need someone who is comfortable with open, direct communication. If anyone has issues with anyone else, it will need to be communicated to that person in a respectful way. We want everyone who is living here to be comfortable in their own home.
