The apartment is in a great central location in Biddeford. It is a 10 minute drive to UNE, 15 minute drive to Fortune Rocks Beach, and 20 minute drive to Portland. It is an easy walk to either Main Street in Biddeford or Main Street Saco with many restaurant options and bars such as run of the mill or Batson River.
I am in my mid twenties working on my grad studies looking for two female professionals in their mid to late twenties. A good balance of going out, hosting, and fun nights in is always on the list.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom and 1 bath. The total apartment rent is $1800 a month which includes water and heat. Payments are expected for electricity and WiFi. There is a garden and driveway that fits two cars. The third car would be street parking. Washer and dryer in unit.
No cats or dogs allowed.
