Large room + private bath available in upscale Springfield neighborhood close to RiverBend Hospital. Large home with just myself and 2 cats. I work full time and enjoy doing things outdoors and creative projects but am also somewhat of a homebody and don’t have guests over often. I don’t mind if you have guests as long as reasonable. There is a backyard, private parking, washer and dryer and a very nice kitchen if you like to cook. If you don’t have your own furniture, there would be a nice queen size bed. The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom but is also upstairs and would 100% be yours, with a full bathtub. The neighborhood is very beautiful and safe, and within walking distance of grocery stores via a lovely bike path. It’s about a 15 minutes commute to Eugene.

Rent Includes WiFi, Water, Electric, Trash. There is a nice TV in the living room but I don’t have cable TV or a landline phone.

I am a late -30s female and work FT outside of the house. When home I try to relax and sometimes do creative art projects; I am fairly quiet but enjoy being outside and doing little hobbies on the weekend. Sometimes I get busy and a bit messy during the week and then deep clean on the weekends. There are 2 cats in the house and I am not certain about introducing a new pet, but we can discuss. I would prefer a female or non binary housemate at this time. I could also use help with listing and selling some things online - if you would be interested in helping me with that a few hours a week we could negotiate a lower monthly rate.
