I have a spare room for rent with a shared bathroom in south scottsdale. The condo is located near the 101 & Indian School in Old Town. All utilities included. The bedroom includes queen sized bed with bedding, dresser, night stand and 2 closets. There is one full bathroom upstairs and one half bath downstairs. I’m open to month-to-month and/or short term rental. I have 1 small dog in the home. Female tenants preferred. I work from home 50/50. I am quiet, respectful and a bit on the introverted side. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I do not drink & I rarely host guests in the home. I keep a fairly regular routine with my schedule. Although there is a shared bathroom, I rarely use it, as I have a vanity in my bedroom & I shower at the gym often. There is in-unit laundry, hot tub, pool, dishwasher, covered parking spot.

Business professional working from home most days. I keep busy with hobbies, volunteering & friends. I am easy going and willing to accommodate.
