1 bedroom with a closet for rent! It’s a decent size - a full or queen bed, a dresser and shelving can fit! Plus it comes with the bigger closet of the two bedrooms.

It’s the bottom floor of a house - we have a large kitchen, a decent sized living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and access to a large backyard. We pay for our own Wifi - which is $50/each. I do not have cable since streaming services are amazing! Utilities are separate from rent - they range between $80-$150 monthly (which is spilt by the 2 of us), depending on the usage and season. Right now it’s a little higher because of the summer and air conditioning. I bought the laundry machines when I first moved in. You are welcome to use them, the only thing I ask if we go half’s if repairs are needed if you’ll be using them.

Not much further and accessible by train (which is walking distance from the house) is Lindenhurst and Babylon!

I am a 27 year women who lives with 2 little maltipoo’s! I work Monday-Friday 8A-5P. My dogs stay home while I go to work (I feed and let them out before I leave.

I enjoy having fun, whether that’s going to the beach, a preserve, an arboretum or going to a brewery, a concert, or out on the town! But I also love my peace, quiet and downtime. I enjoy chill movie/tv nights in with a yummy dinner and a smoke session.
