Pets: No pets allowed. Overnight Guests: No overnight guests for more than 3 nights per week. No couples or kids. Early move in available.

Location: This spacious 3-bedroom newly built house is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Southpoint Casino, I-15, and the Las Vegas Strip. The house has stunning views of the mountains and is close to everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

This house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a small dining area, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a home workout area, and modern decor. There is also a small backyard with a patio.

This room (9x13) is $800/month and comes with a parking spot in the garage and small walk in closet. I’m in the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house so you’d only share the bathroom with the neighboring room.

The living room: The living room is spacious and has a large TV. There is also a fireplace and a leather couch.

This house is perfect for those who want somewhere quiet to come home to. Not a party house. It is close to everything you need.
