The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and central AC, and there is access to a 24/7 concierge, business center, full gym (including cardio machines and a weight room), pool, and a community area for private events.
It’s a corner unit so there is plenty of natural light in the apartment.
You’ll be within a 10 minute walk to Waterfront, L’Enfant, and Federal Central SW metro stops. The apartment is also close to the Wharf, Nats Park, Audi Field, and the National Mall.
About the roomies
I’m a consultant in my mid-30s and I work from home most days. I love baking cookies, Formula 1 Sundays, and Bachelor Mondays. When living with someone else, I tend to keep to myself but am always down to watch TV together or share my baked goods! As long as you are respectful of the shared spaces in the apartment, we should get along great.
