Everyone respects each other’s items in the home. Home is fairly quiet Only 1 tenant formally cooks and has a cooking schedule. Every tenant stays to themselves. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED CLEANING INCLUDED - cleaning personnel come every two weeks for cleaning. House is equipped with security cameras inside and out so you can feel safe around the home. You have convenience by 5 min drive Gas station, meat market, restaurant, grocery store, wash & dry, auto repair, park, and much more at a 10 min distance! Requirements: Students welcomed!!
