The house is really nice with 3 entrances in a very safe neighboorhood, cool back covered deck with 2 ceiling fans, large master bedroom for the tenant, private bathroom, large closet, large living room and dining room, fenced-in big back yard and ceramic tile floors. All major appliances,, covered parking and all bills paid. Looking for a long term roommate as I plan on leaving to join my wife and would like to leave the house in a responsible persons hand who would treat it as their own.
