We have 1 bed room open in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment available with a shared bathroom. Utilities typically don’t exceed $100 each. Shared laundry with other units. Dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Open to being flexible about making my room upstairs with a private bath available for $900/month if a separate bathroom was a necessity.

We are 2 female medical students at temple looking for a third roommate who is also quiet, clean, and respectful. We will be studying in the space so it is mostly important that we keep in clean and quiet during normal hours. We also have a cat!
