Alayna's room

I have a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Aventura, FL. It is large, spacious and cozy with a large balcony overlooking the pool washer & dryer in unit, and other amenities. I am moving in with my boyfriend and would like a female tenant to take over the lease and preferably re-sign for a full year come the end of our current lease in November 2023. I have a roommate staying in the other bedroom and the bills are split evenly among both tenants.

This application will be done through the leasing office which will require a decent credit score check, a clean background and $100 for the application fee. Please message me if interested. I CANNOT SUBLEASE!!

My roommate is clean, respectful and quiet. We are looking for another female of similarity. Rent is due every 1-3rd of each month. No late grace periods will be given.
