Quiet neighborhood in the middle of downtown and the Legends in KCK. Two floor house with bathrooms on both floors, large living room areas on both levels as well.

I’m 32, ex-military, and an art school graduate working for a print company in KCMO. I’m real laid back and easy going but haven’t had the easiest time finding roommates that I know, so here I am. It’s currently just me living here, I bought the house to start making films with other graduates from my animation school, but they all went off to work for corporations. The house has all appliances, don’t mind the pictures, they are the only ones I could find, and are fair use to anyone. I have the ability to open up two rooms and I would just move downstairs to the basement if there are more than one person moving in, as well as move the few bits of furniture from the upper living room, downstairs.
