This spot is in the heart of Pasadena. 5 minutes from Old town. You’ll have your own personal balcony, bedroom, closet, and bathroom. Living room, washer/ dryer will be shared you with your roommate. The kitchen has all the amenities such as gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cabinet storage, and additional utensils/plates, other kitchen items will be available as well. There is a couch, coffee table and TV in the communal area. You have the option to have your bedroom furnished with a mattress and dresser. Washer/dryer are included. There is is air conditioning. Amenities include: a gym, pool with indoor lounge area/billards table, dog area, and $50 a month parking space.
