The property is located next to beautiful Ream Wilson Trail and Moccasin Lake Nature Park only 20 minutes from the beach and airport. The price listed includes half of the monthly rent, smart home fee, renter’s insurance, and internet. The electricity and utilities bills will be split in half each month at ~$150 each. The home is part of a HOA, pet friendly, and has swimming pool access. Must be okay with a cat, and you may bring your pet who gets along with cats. We will likely amend the lease to add you as a roommate for the remainder of the lease, which ends 6/16/24 (lease amendment fee $100).

One roommate, Brianna, plus one cat lives in the master bedroom. I am a full time teacher during the week and I work a second job during evenings and weekends. I would prefer a working professional or student as a roommate. I am okay with pets and guests as long as they are quiet and clean. I expect all dishes, trash, pets, and common areas to be cleaned up after and I will do the same. I expect respect and consideration of quiet times and I will do the same, but I am also open to fun.
