West 57th Street

This is a private room in a spacious 1500 sq feet duplex apartment with 2 private patios - one with a wooden deck, grill and outdoor heater, the other we’ve modeled as a workout space with a pull up bar and artificial turf. There’s also room for more equipment. This patio is exclusive access through the room you will be subletting. The building has a live-in super, laundry unit and is located in a great neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The subway station is a 5 minute walk away (Columbus circle) so you’ll have access to all the major train lines. Central Park is a stones throw away and Dewitt park is a couple of blocks west.

I am a clean roommate. I don’t cook often. Occasionally have friends over for boardgames or MTG commander nights. Once in a blue moon I’ll have small parties / get-togethers. I like to keep the common area clean and tidy, and I do take food waste pretty seriously (not a fan of bugs). But I’m an effective communicator, and not in a passive aggressive or annoying way.
