The unit is in a fourplex in the Whittier/ Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. It has lots of historic charm and original finishes. There are two shared living spaces & a separate dining room. The room currently has a full bed but can be removed upon request. The building has a self run HOA but you would not be responsible for chores. The HOA covers most utilities besides electric which you would be responsible for half of as well as the WiFi. There is in building laundry with assigned days for each unit. There is a grocery store near by, coffee shops, restaurants & walking distance from eat street.

My name is Zoe I’m a 22 year old female. I am a full time nanny and am out of the house weekdays. I enjoy being active, yoga, paddle boarding & trying new restaurants. I am in a serious relationship and you would have to be ok with my boyfriend spending the night. I have a small dog who lives with me part time due to my hectic work schedule.
