Do you LOVE Savannah? I have a 1 bedroom/ 1 Bathroom with a walk-in closet with 2 doors that lead to the outside balcony (great for a morning coffee and and reading great books). The view is a serene view of a beautiful fountain, with a gorgeous gazebo across the field. It’s the perfect Savannah style home & view. Truly astonishing. ($1300 with utilities)
About the roomies
At the moment, there is 1 nice, quiet, respectful, clean, male professional. No smoking, no drugs, no parties. Holidays are amazing here. New Years and The 4th of July have fireworks you can see close to the home.
Couples are welcome! $200 for the additional person to cover their utility usage.
Perfectly convenient to Gulfstream, 10 mins from the Pooler Outlets, 30/35 )mins from the beautiful Downtown Riverfront.
