I have loved how peaceful it is and how friendly the neighbors are. There’s a pool in the backyard, and a good amount of room. The house has a lot of external storage space. There is a small car port, and street parking is available and free.

Pool maintenance, landscaping and internet are taken care of. The tenant will only be financially responsible for utilities (water, electricity, gas).

The house has been the home of 2 dogs, so the backyard has some wear and tear, however the indoor floors are water and scratch resistant and have remained in good shape.

I hope to find a young working professional, preferably female or a gay male. I work 6 days a week in the service industry and prefer to stay busy/active! I don’t drink much, and I do not party often because of my work schedule. I prefer to keep the house tidy, particularly the common areas. I have a 1 year old puppy named Bucky. He is a boxer/pit/+a bunch of other breeds mix. He is a very friendly boy and gets along great with other dogs. I am very open to another dog, however, they must be spayed/neutered and preferably a female. Bucky is not a dominant dog, and has experienced aggression from other male dogs towards him, which I would like to avoid. But he would love to have a buddy around while I’m working!
