My name is Sebastian Stone and I have a master bedroom up for rent at a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house at Round Rock. Private room all for yourself. Bathroom is only shared for shower. The other tenant has a bathroom just without shower. Central AC. All bills paid. Kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, and extras for you to use for free. Common areas cleaned by cleaners regularly. Room will be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. I will get the furniture from my storage for your room if you like. Some people prefer their own furniture. That is why I have not furnished the rooms. The bathroom will be shared.
Right now I have gym/workout equipment in there. I will move it if you want to use the garage. Driveway parking or street parking for free. Cold plunge as a bonus for cooling down, stress management, immune system boost, and just outright fun! I have 5 trained, lovely, playful dogs. Your pets are welcome if you have any.

Please come see the home and the neighborhood. At the same time we can meet. If everything goes well, there will be a background check, credit check, and eviction history check. Everything will be processed by rentprep they charge a $40 fee that is non-refundable. If you have a past I understand. Honesty is very important to me. We are 3 relaxing professionals. We all own our own businesses. I manage homes and I am a real estate photographer. My roommates are a luxury car detailer and a mobile dog groomer. I am 32, Kevin is 30, and Stephanie is 48 years old. We are very respectful and calm. We like to listen to music and have fun when we aren’t working. All of us workout and are active.
