Hello, I have finally decided to list a private 1 bedroom with 1 en suite bathroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The bedroom has a bed and large closet where you will find a bonus sink and counter for brushing teeth, washing up etc. Attached to the room is the main bathroom for you to utilize for your own private use. I am currently using the room as a guest room/home office, but will be moving the desk out before roomie move in (picture is for size/utilization reference.) I can add a tv/desk for your use depending on your needs. You have access to the entire house including in unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bar, and with 2 pools and hot tubs on property. There is a golf course nearby where I like to take my senior dog Berry for a walk as well. Very safe neighborhood with a hiking trail directly across the street, as well as a Trader Joe’s, Target, Starbucks, Vons and other nearby businesses. Only about a 10 minute drive into downtown Palm Springs and a short 15 minute drive to El Paseo in Palm Desert.

I am a 32 years old, gay, homeowner of this beautiful condo my friends like to describe as an Airbnb. 😅I have the occasional friends that come and visit me from out of town, but for the most part the place is pretty vacant most of the time. I have a hybrid work schedule, some days I’m in LA and some days I’m in Palm Springs or traveling. When I am in Palm Springs, I like to enjoy my home and just relax and lay low. I’m looking to share my space with someone that is respectable and trustworthy since I am not always home and away for weeks at times. I would really would like to find someone we can build a comfortable, respectable, cooperative and enjoyable living arrangement.
