Lee's room

I have a room in my house available for rent. The room is cozy and bright. The adjacent bathroom is mostly yours to use unless we have parties or guests over. We are located in North Fremont off Decoto road near Dumbarton Bridge. Some basic furniture will be provided if needed (furniture may not look exactly the same as in the picture.) We also have a cute and friendly cat who thinks is the head of our household

Looking for a mature responsible adult who has a regular job and who doesn’t work from home. The room is for a single person only. light cooking. No drugs (including Marijuana), no smoking. We run background check.

The rent includes water, utility and Wifi. Street parking is available. Terms: Minimum 6 months, then month by month 30 day advance notice for termination of the lease
