Furnished condo with Utilities + Wifi Included, housekeepers would come once every two weeks. You will have your own bathroom, access to the kitchen and common areas. Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Queen Bed Internet / Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning ,Washer and dryer, Parking Space Available, French Shutters. 3 pools & hot tubs, pickle-ball court, gym and Grills. The condo is located in McCormick Ranch, 12-15 mins from old town, Scottsdale Quarter, top golf and other attractions. Major Grocery stores and banks around the area. I’m the owner of the property, I’m super easy going go with the flow person. I’m respectful of boundaries and I keep to myself, alcohol free, don’t smoke. I always clean up after myself and I asked you do the same. I’m a medical profesional usually work 4 days a week. My little doggie is very socialized and well trained. He loves all people and is the absolute best snuggle buddy. He’s 4 year old rescue terrier mix.
