The room: private bedroom with large closet and private, adjoining bathroom with tub and cabinets.
The apartment: shared living room, kitchen, balcony.
The building: rooftop infinity pool, fancy and big gym, arcade games, club rooms, conference rooms, coworking lounges, and (4) courtyards with grills, etc.
The area: the quietest and most peaceful neighborhood in the city! nowhere else except the Wharf in the city has such premium waterfront views and access. still developing (lots of nearby construction) but two restaurants on the ground floor of our building - The Point and DC Central Kitchen Cafe. James Creek Marina is just steps away if you like boating!
About the roomies
The leaseholder: a single, 32yo, male data analyst that works from home (in the dining room) with my 6yo, exceptionally well-trained service animal, a Miniature Australian Shepard (~30lbs).
I spend about ~half the year away traveling so you’d have the whole apartment to yourself from ~October/November to ~March/April.
Asking for $1,800 per month with EVERYTHING included:
- Rent
- Internet (Xfinity, fastest speed available)
- Water
- Garbage/sewer
- Electric
