Hunter's room

The 3BR, 2 Bath house is located near white oak, only about 15 to 20 min from Downtown Raleigh. Utilities are included in cost, with 500Mbps internet speed. Amenities include, washer & dryer, fully furnished kitchen with appliances, fenced-in backyard, patio, koi pond, above-ground pool, firepit, and others. Driveway and street parking are both available.

I’m currently the only roommate in the house and the landlord. I am not at the house very often as I work in the office 8-5 M-F. I like to keep things cleaned and well-maintained. Other than that I’m pretty low-maintenance. I’m usually working around the house over the weekends, if I’m not out of town.
