1 standard size bedroom in my 3 bdrm 2 bathroom condo available to rent 4/01/26. Looking for a single, quiet, responsible working professional or student with stable, verifiable income. Sorry, no couples, children, or pets. (No exceptions, please don’t ask.) Other occupants here are myself (female) and my 21 year old son. We are quiet and keep to ourselves. Credit and criminal background check will be done. Offenses such as DUI or other non-violent issues are not a big deal, I am only concerned about violent crime, theft, evictions and non-payment of bills. You would share a bathroom with my son who is clean. You have full use of the kitchen and all dishes, pans, air fryer etc. If you need parking it is an additional $75 and will be an assigned parking spot. The cabana has a full gym and indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. This is just off 164th in Lynnwood. Close to Alderwood mall, tons of other shopping and major freeways. NO cigarette smokers or vaping (not even outside). I don’t care if you use marijuana. The dresser and other stuff in pictures are gone now. I would have cupboards available for your food but there is no real storage here so most of your things must fit in the bedroom. A rental agreement will be drawn up however there is no long term lease - this is month to month so you are free to leave anytime. Employment will be verified and must have good credit. Rent $950 (includes wi-fi internet, water, trash, electricity and basic household supplies like TP, hand soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies. Security deposit $500, Parking $75 if needed. Background and credit check $30 (this will not be asked for unless both you and I have agreed it’s a good fit and want to move forward.) Formal, legal paperwork will be drawn up for a month to month agreement, deposit agreement, etc. A valid Washington State ID will be required to proceed.
