Ivy's room

Nick,Yuta (Nick’s doggo) schnauzer-shihtzu mix and I are looking to find someone to take over current renters place. They have moved out and bought a house- timing wasn’t on our side and well, here we are. This is a trial basis- the contract is up in November and if all works out, you’ll have the option of signing for a full year with us. We are both in our 30s and looking for the same age range. We are both LGBT + friendly and appreciate a clean home. If you are dependable, self-aware and can clean up after yourself- this may be the place for you. The room is the smallest of the three but other areas make up for it. Downstairs is spacious, the kitchen has newer applicanes and the bathroom is clean. There are other areas for storage and a back room with laundry onsite. Parking is free and for renters only. Another perk is living like 3 min away from murray park! We are central to the valley and about a 5 min drive from the murray trax station. Rent includes water/sewage. Internet, gas and electricity are seperate and split equally. We do split house hold items such as toilet paper, paper towels and things of that nature. NOTE: We are not looking for someone who parties, has significant others staying multiple nights. We do not need additional furniture or kitchenware as we have a full house with these things. Also, please, no kids, animals. Again- 1 person around upper 30s to mid with full time job!

Nick- is a full time working fellow that has a weekly alternating in office-at home. Majority of his time is spent to himself in his room and the wonderful world of gaming. He has a doggo that is quite spunky- he has downstairs to rome freely in amd we do not want any other animals. My name is Ivy, I have lived here for about 5 years and absolutely love it. I work full time during the week and enjoy winding down with quiet evenings after a long day. I keep to myself for the most part.
