Hello! I am renting out a bedroom in my 3 bed townhouse style duplex in South Hill! The property sits in a quiet residential neighborhood that is less than 5 minutes away from downtown Puyallup, South Hill Mall, restaurants, parks, shopping, trails and the freeway. It also has it’s own deck with a large, fully fenced back yard. There is a full bath upstairs that has a shared shower between the two of us, but other than that the bathroom will be mostly yours! (there’s a small jack and jill style counterspace in my room that I use for make up, getting dressed, etc.) The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, an air fryer, instant pot, coffee grinder, kettle, and more. The room itself gets nice lighting during the day and has a decent sized closet. I do have an AC unit in the home as well! I’m currently in the process of remodeling the kitchen (hence the old door!), so if you love cooking in a beautiful space this may be the place for you :)

A little about me: I live in the home with my little Aussie rescue named Kiwi and lots of plants :) I work part time and am currently going back to school (remotely) for my post-bacc, so I’m usually hanging out in the office doing school work if I’m not out and about. I have a bunch of board games, a Nintendo Switch and an N64 I love playing and your welcome to use as well! I also have a treadmill and squat rack in the garage that you’d be free to use if you love working out but hate going to the gym. I’m pretty quiet and mostly spend my time studying these days, so I’m looking for another woman to share the house with who is also quiet and not a partier. I’m super clean and am looking for a roommate who shared my same cleaning habits. Other than that I love cooking, running, playing tennis and pickleball, baking sourdough bread, and watching good shows if that’s something you enjoy as well.
