This is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in a perfect part of North Park. The rent is $2945 month, split $1472.50 per person. Utilities are generally $100 each. First available date is August 19th.

The available room is 11x12, and has it’s own private bathroom. We also have a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer in unit. There is also a working fireplace, and a large cooling unit. The entire apartment gets plenty of natural light. The floor is all vinyl wood, no carpet!

You would get the apartment’s one parking space. There is also plenty of street parking.

This location is a less than 10 minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, and gym. We are right near a bus stop. Bars, restaurants, cafes, and great local stores are all within walking distance as well - most are just 15 minutes away! Two small parks are also within walking distance. Easy access to the 405.

For this room, you’d be taking over the lease from my current roommate. She’s moving away for a new job in a different city. My landlord would like someone to apply with me again, go through a credit check, and provide proof of income. Co-signers or guarantors are accepted. Landlord says our combined income must be 2.5x the rent. There is a $35 fee for the credit check and application.

I have a cat here, so unfortunately, I can’t have any dogs. Other cats should be okay. There is no pet rent.
