Hi everyone! I’m looking to fill my spare bedroom in my 2 BR/2.5 BA townhouse starting mid September. Rent is $750 + utilities (shouldn’t be more than $100/month). Room includes private bathroom and decent sized closet. Room can come fully furnished if you need it - currently have a desk and bookcase in there. More about the townhouse: Located in Oakhurst – near Nightswim and Common Market Oakhurst Close to Independence – roughly 15-20 minutes to anywhere in Charlotte Uncovered parking spot Community pool Rest of place is fully furnished Nice backyard area as well (not fenced in) No pets, I do occasionaly dog sit so must be okay with dogs

About me: I’m 31, graduated from Ohio State. Lived in Charlotte for 6 years – have owned the townhouse for a little over 2 years I work at Novant Health and mostly WFH Watch a lot of sports/movies/tv shows Like to stay active and go out on the weekends Keep things relatively clean and organized – will expect the same from you Throw a big spring party and Halloween party so have to be okay with having people over
