Looking for a established adult roommate, male or female, ideally 30+. I work daytime hours 3-4 days per week at my Spa. I have a small dog, Lily. She is well trained. I have a 3/2 house on a canal just off the WeekiWachee. Kayaks available for use, Jon boat. 4 mile bike ride to Pine Island Beach. Tons of eateries out here. The space is located just upon entering property with your own bath, furnished bedroom and walk in closet. Clean and comfortable. I’m located on the other side of house, however, I’m not interested in having guests coming and going besides the actual renter. Short term/ long term fine. My background is LPN/Teacher. Medical professionals ideal. I get your crazy.

I am turning 50 years young. 😂 Empty nester. Pro pickleball player, or so I think. Super active, independent, and just looking to add a bit more travel to my calendar. So, you may have the house to yourself sometimes.
