This is a room rental private room with closet shared bath and kitchen. You will have the apt to yourself mostly only used on occasion a couple of times a week. There is a children’s after school in the building for 2 hrs once or twice a week out side sitting area. No smoking, alcohol, drugs or visitors, no couples Kitchen is equipped.

There are no other room mates. This is in a one bedroom apt. But you will only be renting the room and sharing the kitchen or bath once or twice a week the other person will have access to the apt. You will have your own private room and use of everything
