Room is UNFURNISHED, comes with walk-in closet. In unit laundry, parking. This is a 3rd floor unit. No couples, no pets. ideal match would be a young professional, with hybrid work schedule (just like me). But I’m open so long you’re quiet and respectful. You’ll be added to the lease to protect us both. Must be willing to provide proof of income, and 1 moth in advance. You’d also need renters insurance as per the community requirements.
