Cassy and Kristen's room

My roommate and I have 1 bedroom in a shared 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, available for rent August 1. The room is unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are furnished. The house is near White Park and is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from downtown Concord.

Water and Wi-Fi are covered by the landlord, but we split the heat and electricity 3 ways. Rent is currently $700 per person per month.

There is in-unit washer and dryer and on-street parking. No pets, smoking, or couples.

We are both young female professionals and are looking for another young female professional to move in.
