This is a large cozy bedroom with a private full bath in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. This is a single story house.

I am retired busy person who loves to do ballroom dancing. I have a cat named Sam. I prefer female single occupancy, no smoking, no alcoholics, non drug user, no pets. My place is not designed for entertaining and hanging out with visitors to maintain privacy and peacefulness. No overnight guests.
