Lindsay's room

This unique home built circa 1980’s is close to Lake Austin, Downtown, and Zilker Park. It is a 2 story 1700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house.  Your fulltime roommate is a retiree and spends most of their time at home. The other bedroom is used for an office, and the tenant uses the space mostly during business hours. All tenants are allowed access to the living room, kitchen and laundry as included in the lease. Wireless internet, water and electricity are included in the price of rent. Applicants must pass a credit check. Income must be verifiable, $33 application fee and background check. Pets** are considered with a separate, signed pet agreement, pet insurance and additional deposit. cats are not allowed due to allergy

This is a partially furnished 225 square foot room and private bathroom in a shared home. The bedroom is furnished with a desk, queen sized bed, and a bedside table with a lamp. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Both are located downstairs along with the shared laundry. The tenant has full access to kitchen, living room, and upstairs deck with wooded views in addition to the private bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom/bathroom and second bedroom are occupied and off limits. Common areas and front door are monitored by security cameras. This is a two-story home with stairs to enter and to access common spaces (kitchen, living room and deck). Free street parking available.

I rent the office space and my mother-in-law is the fulltime tenant. She is retired and spends all of her time at home. The office space and second bathroom is used 99.9% of the time during normal business hours, and my daughter is watched grandma about once a week (hence the need for background checks). Home stays quiet, no parties.
