I have a older model 2 brm with 2 bth. Wanting to rent out one room with a private bath. Looking for someone in 50s age, no pets.

I am in my 60s have 2 inside cats. I am quiet and work from home. I like to read in evening when I got to bed. I get up around 6am and bed by 9pm. I have rented this room out before and ended up being friends once they moved on. I want someone that is ok with a month to month. I am 420 friendly but only outside. I do smoke out side and have a drink in the evening
