Martin's room

Welcome to my cozy home! I have 1 available room with a private bathroom for rent, which can be rented as furnished or unfurnished. The room will be available starting from February 24th. You will be sharing the home with me, the owner, and my cat, Molly. She is an indoor/outdoor cat who comes and goes during the day but sleeps overnight in the house.

I am sure you will feel right at home if you are tidy, respectful, and down to earth. While no pets are preferred, if you have a cat, we can discuss a potential arrangement. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke outdoors in the backyard.

LEASING: Monthly Rent: $900 (furnished or unfurnished) with a $250 security deposit. Utilities are included.

An optional $100 per month charge can also be added to your lease if you wish to have monthly cleanings for your room as well.

PROPERTY: This property is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath Townhouse with an additional loft and is 1200 sq. ft. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished, and you will have full access to common areas and appliances. I also have a 2-car garage, which you are welcome to park your car into for no additional cost.

BACKYARD: The backyard is paved and includes astroturf. There is a small table with some chairs outside.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The Bluffs at Sunset is a part of Green Valley in Henderson, NV and features quality duplex-style houses. Amenities include clubhouse and community pool and numerous walkable paths. You also have easy access to Sunset Station and numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and services.

You will be sharing the home with me, Martin. I am a 33 old male who works remotely in training and development at a tech start-up. I’m an easy going individual who likes to spend time hiking, ballroom dancing, and participating in improv. I also enjoy winding down with a good show or book.
