The House: Is located in a great very safe and quiet neighborhood in Bethany (NW Portland) west side of Portland, 5 minutes to Hillsboro, 5 min to Beaverton, the home is walking distance to bus station and 3 min drive to major freeway 26. We are 15 min to Nike & Intel, 15 min to Download Portland. We have lots of shopping centers around us and it’s very convenient. The house is big and plenty of space for 3 people to live comfortably and respect each other privacy & boundaries.
You; Mature adult, respectful, responsible, friendly, clean, none smoker or drug user, very light and casual drinker only and fully employed!

The Room: Extra large, lots of natural light, furnished with memory foam queen size bed, large smart tv (in the bedroom only Netflix & Hulu available) in the shared space we have Cable
Rent: Month to month with minimum of 3 mo and 3 weeks notify us when move out $875 including utilities (wi-fi, cable, electricity, gas, water, Netflix & Hulu)
About the roomies
About Us: Husband and Wife in our 50’s both self employed and working from home, none smoking, no drug use, we are clean, easy going and friendly.
