It has racks where you can hang your clothes, etc. I just moved in so you would need to at least have your own bed. Two swimming pools, laundry facilities, quiet, safe neighborhood. Walmart, restaurants, entertainment within 5-7mins. Disclaimer: Parking is tricky here. You WILL have to register your car EVERY night as a guest. As I’m only allowed to have 1 vehicle per resident profile. There’s also parking across the street without having to register. One last thing, I’m on the 3rd floor. 😅 Dont worry, I’ll help you move your things if you need it. For clarity, I am renting out the living room area only as This is a one bedroom. The laundry room will be used as your closet area. It’s really spacious. I’m never really home so you’ll have privacy. If you do not mind being in the living room area, feel free to contact me.

I have a bearded dragon named Flash so he asks if the thermostat stay set to a specific level. He will be moved into my bedroom though.
