The apartment is a 2-bed 2-bath (both ensuite) in Journal Square, New Jersey. Its a spacious apartment (Bedroom #2 in the key plan photo, I occupy the other bedroom) with indoor parking included. About 7 minutes away from the Path station on foot. Its close by to the nearest gym, bus, PATH station and local restaurants. I already have gas, electric and internet setup - the cost of which we will be sharing. Have not had a single problem in the two years that I have lived here. Laundry is in the basement. Hi, I’m Raja. I am the only person you will be sharing the apartment with. I am a Structural Engineer, working in New York for the last 4 years. I have a stable job and have been living in this house since 2021. I work from 8am - 5pm and am usually not home until about 8 pm on weekdays. I am easygoing and generally either out with friends or studying/working on the weekends. I am quite clean and tidy and hope to have a courteous and respectful roommate.
