We have a beautiful bedroom in a cute house on a large lot with parking, just a mile southeast of campus (College and Prospect). We are looking for a female to share with students!
You will share the basement with one other female. There is one bathroom, a kitchenette, and full living space downstairs that will be yours with one other, plus a shared laundry room and full kitchen upstairs shared by all. Everything is new!
The house has brand new paint and vinyl flooring (no carpet cleaning!) throughout, large windows in the bedrooms, and a back porch and huge yard that you don’t have to care for unless you want to plant a garden!
We are quiet but fun roomies. We are from a small town closeby and spend lots of weekends at home so the house will often be quiet. We are studying Psychology and Pre-Med. One of us loves volleyball and one plays on the club hockey team.
No pets, smoking or drugs. We are open to a short or long term lease so you can be sure it’s a good fit for you.
