Looking to get another person to fill the 3rd room. My buddy Sean and I just landed a 3Bedroom 2 bath. Right next to Cal Base Lodge on Keller. Hottub(landlord Maintains), Horseshoes, Darts, Bbq, Den. Rent is $1266.66 plus utilities (water,gas,electric,internet,trash), going to be along the lines of $1400-$1500 per month per person. We already have the key and have the first months rent paid. We personally know the landlord but you still would need to go through an application process for them, Credit/background/income checks etc. Let me know if you’re interested and we can schedule a time to meet.

I’m self employed in rental/property management, it is my primary source of income, I also Tech Skis and Snowboards in the winter. Sean is a self employed Carpenter. We’re motivated, career driven, outgoing, athletic individuals. Bikes, Boards & Boats. We have 2 older male dogs in the house, no other pets allowed.
