Beautiful cozy cape cod house, I must say the yard is boring but the space you will have is cozy and clean. Newly updated. Quiet block close to shopping and transportation. I have a 1 month old puppy.

I am a professional, mom and a pet lover/owner. Have owned the house for 30 years. It is a non-cigarette smoke environment, I work in the house but travel alot so I need a responsible adult. Students are welcomed with a valid source of income. There is a large yard so if you want to get into nature that works for me. The park is down the street and the co-op is on Sundays.
