Jace's room

We have a room open in our house if you think our house would be a good fit for you. The room is right next to the garage, which we currently use for storage. There is also a little office space/foyer right outside the room. It is very private - Kenji and I are on the whole other side of the house. You would be sharing a bathroom with Kenji. We’d be asking $1000 with a share of the utilities per month for this room.

Utilities breakdown so far: ~ $100 for electricity/gas ~ $300 billed per 2 months for water ~ Garbage was $30 in July and $130 in August. I have not received a bill for September yet. ~ Internet is $115 a month.

The house is located in Bellevue in the Eastgate area. You’d have full access to the shared space (kitchen, living room, yard, laundry). There is a fenced yard with a small patio as well.

I currently pay for someone to come in and clean the common areas once every two weeks, and I also pay for the yard work to be done as we’re expected to take care of that. If you’d like to chip in (or take one of these duties off my hands), I’d appreciate it very much.

My name is Jace; I’m nonbinary (they/them pronouns). My other roommate’s name is Kenji (he/him). We are both working professionals (I work from home as a social media and community manager, and Kenji works locally in Bellevue). I’m 24 and Kenji is 23. Neither Kenji nor I are partiers, but we are gamers (please forgive us).

We currently have 3 pets in the home. The dog’s name is Cooper, and he is a 3-year-old corgi/husky mix who was adopted just over a year and a half ago. He has two kitty sisters, Cricket (6) and Camille (23).

We’d prefer no more cats and dogs, but one additional is acceptable! Reptiles and rodents are okay.
