One private bed room in our home for rent for $425.00 per month. This is a month to month rental agreement renewable by the month. There is a required 30 day notice prior to moving out that applies to both party’s in writing. Including in room rental There is a large Kitchen and dining area, covered front porch, extra large back yard with grill pit and patio. Utilities are included in rent.
