Offering a room for rent in Altadena! House of professional musicians (not a party house).

Bedroom is 9’ by 17’ with big closet and 2 windows. You’d be living with 2 other housemates, and a 3rd in our detached garage. Laundry is on-site, shared bathroom (cleaned bi-weekly), and bills included. Room will be empty, although we may be able to provide some furniture if needed!

We all work in the music industry. One of us is gone every few months on the road, one of us works full time and gigs, and one of us writes songs for a living. Although we all work in music, our house is fairly quiet! We all like to have a good time but are very cognisant of schedules and cleanliness. Our ideal housemate has a job, likes to keep clean, and enjoys music.
